Is Timelane GoBD-compliant?
Yes — invoices are archived immutably and you get a full audit trail. Note: meeting
the statutory retention period is the customer's responsibility. You can export your
data anytime to your own archive.
Which countries are supported for e-invoicing?
EU-wide via EN 16931. Germany (XRechnung), Austria, and all EU countries that
recognize EN 16931. ZUGFeRD 2.x is fully supported in DE/AT.
Can I customize invoice templates with my branding?
Yes. Logo, colors, and footer texts are customizable. Free includes 1 template,
Starter 3, Pro unlimited templates.
Can I use Self-Billing for affiliates and contractors?
Yes — that's exactly what the Self-Billing feature is built for. You create the invoice

Where is my data hosted? Can I export it?
Hosted on IONOS Germany, EU-only. Full data export available anytime. We keep your
data accessible for as long as your account is active — for long-term statutory
retention, export to your own archive.
Can I switch plans? What about refunds?
Upgrade or downgrade anytime through Stripe, pro-rata from the moment you switch.
No refunds for past periods, but no cancellation fees or minimum contract terms either.
