You enter business data such as customers, projects, tasks, working times, and invoices. This data is stored exclusively for your use and is not shared with third parties.

Payment Data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. Stripe receives the data necessary for payment processing.

Email Sending

For sending invoices and offers via email, you configure your own SMTP server in the application. We do not provide an email service — the emails are sent directly through your mail server.

3. Cookies

Timelane uses only technically necessary session cookies. These are required to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising cookies.

4. Hosting

The application is hosted by IONOS SE in Germany. Your data is stored on servers within the European Union and is subject to EU data protection regulations (GDPR).

5. Third-Party Services

Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe Inc. for payment processing. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment data is processed directly by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
